"Feast of Colorado", with special guests Lynn and Guy Borden from Borden Farms. Join us for this very special evening featuring cocktails, dinner and wine pairings with "everything Colorado". Our great friends and partners, the Bordens from their farm in Delta, Colorado will be here to tell their compelling story of the founding of their farm and their passionate quest for the highest quality produce. In addition to their outstanding products, this 5 course dinner will highlight proteins including local aqua-cultured Colorado striped bass, Colorado lamb, and bison raised here in the state. Cocktails will be served and all courses will be paired showcasing Colorado spirits, micro brews, and wines throughout the evening.
