Join us at the Tavern on the Square, for three evenings, our skilled barrel master will take you through four pairings of our favorite whiskeys, which Chef Dodd has paired with ribs. Every Thursday evening during Vail Restaurant Month you will have the opportunity to sample ribs in four different preparations, each as unique as the whiskey they are served with.
